Traditional performance management systems are broken. To go from resistance to results, you need an approach that objectively drives change and motivates employees. In this Performance Management program, you'll learn to analyze common challenges, define HR's role in the process, and manage stakeholders. You will learn how to make performance management a positive experience for everyone involved.
